Weight Pull, how it works

The run is
30' long and
10.5' wide.
The dog
must pull the cart 15' in 60 seconds.

The empty cart weighs 200#.  Each dog gets to pull the empty cart before beginning with the weight pull.  Each sack weighs 50#

The cart is holding around
1800# plus the 200# of the cart weight.  The person in the back is the "brake" to stop the cart from rolling into the dog.
